Buying a property abroad is an important decision to make. So why don't you come out, let us show you around and view our properties and the surrounding area before you make that decision.
All we ask from you is:
Inform us of the dates required, duration and departure airport and we will arrange your free accommodation in resort for up to 1 week, free transfers between resort airport and your accommodation.
In return:
You agree to take part in the following Inspection trip:
Day 1- Duration 4.5 Hours
We will have an informal discussion regarding your needs and concerns regarding purchasing a property in Turkey. Following this meeting we will take you around the surrounding area, historical sites and then take lunch in a traditional Turkish restaurant.
Following lunch we will show you what projects we are currently building and projects that have been completed. This will allow you to envisage the off-plan projects finish and quality of build easier. During this period one of our team will be on hand to answer all your questions.
Following your viewing, we will return to our office and have a brief chat and refreshments.
We will then give you all information and prices and leave you to relax.
Day 2- Duration 4 Hours
On the second day, we will meet to discuss your thoughts on the previous days insight into our company and together we will help you to make a short-list of properties that meet your requirements and return to view if necessary. All legal aspects and costs will be explained in detail and all promises made will be written into our contact.
Day 3- Duration 3 Hours
Should you decide to go ahead and purchase a property with us, we will draw up the contract and answer every question you have. Once both parties are happy we will then proceed to legalise the contracts with a lawyer. Following this we will meet with a legal translator at the public notary and a power of attorney will be given to the lawyer to act on your behalf to transfer the title deed into your name. Turkish Bank accounts will be opened in your name.
We will take you back to your accommodation to relax and that evening we will celebrate your purchase with a nice meal and a few drinks.
At all times we will be on hand to help and guide you through, what we know, can be a very nervous process, but we want you to be comfortable with our company and we will never under any circumstances push you into making a purchase that you are not 100% comfortable with.
*Upon purchase of one of our properties and copy of your flight receipt, you will be refunded up to 2 flight tickets to a maximum of 200 each.
